Deer Valley Corporation Successfully Completes Mississippi Cottage Contract

Deer Valley Corporation is pleased to announce that the company successfully completed the production and delivery of 152 three bedroom cottages for the state of Mississippi.

Deer Valley Corporation Receives $4.79 Million Contract Increase From State of Mississippi

Deer Valley Corporation announced today that the scope of the Company’s contract with the state of Mississippi has been increased to provide for the production and delivery of an additional 100 two-bedroom cottages. The company estimates that the increase in scope will generate an additional $4.79 million in revenue. Deer Valley produced an aggregate total units ordered of 475 units.

Deer Valley Moves Into Multi-Family Construction

Manufactured homebuilder Deer Valley has been awarded a $16.1 million contract to build more than 120 twin-townhome units for a 264-acre master-planned residential community in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.

Deer Valley, a Tampa company that builds through its Deer Valley Homebuilders Inc. subsidiary in Guin and Sulligent, Alabama, was awarded the contract by M&C Development LLC as part of a rental community that is known as Orleans Place.

Deer Valley Homebuilders Enters Into Two Subcontract Agreements For the Manufacture and Delivery of a Total of 100 Manufactured Homes to a Government Agency

The company completed construction and delivery of these 100 homes at the end of December 2011 and included $3.3 million in revenue based on deliveries on the contracts. In 2016, the company completed construction and delivery of 100 homes at $4.8 million and in 2017, 181 homes at $10 million.
