Deer Valley Homebuilders is accepting applications for selected production worker positions at our production plant in Guin, Alabama. These are full-time positions scheduled to work Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Deer Valley offers competitive hourly wages with additional bonus compensation opportunities. Hourly wages are dependent on experience. Take a look at our open positions below.
Production workers complete all construction tasks to build manufactured and modular homes and responsible for the safe and efficient operations of various types of construction equipment and tools. Available departments vary and may include: welding, plumbing, electrical, framing, sheet rock, tape & texture, roofing, and finish work.
Attendance is a critical part of each employee’s success at Deer Valley. Employees must be available to work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure. Production workers scheduled hours are Monday-Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Additional evening and Saturday hours may be required depending on production needs.
Applicants with previous construction experience will receive priority consideration. Many departments are able to train those with no previous experience depending on current hiring and production needs.
